Dear Potential Sponsor,
The Awesome Cooper Band is asking for donations to help them raise the necessary funds needed to help finance their many band activities and spring trip for the academic year. Your donation of at least $30 will go a long way in helping each performer earn funds and will ensure that every band student can participate not only in our various activities, but also in our Spring trip. This band won numerous honors and state-wide recognition last year and is eager to prove they can top last year’s ratings. If you get a chance, check our website: www.awesomecooperband.com.
This site is updated almost daily with new information about the world of the Cooper Band. There is a link to our sponsors who will be listed in various categories determined by the amount of annual donations and sponsorships. We have a publicity committee who will be keeping Abilene informed of the band’s activities, performances, and their considerable charity work. We wish to publicize our generous sponsors’ names in addition, with your permission, of course.
Please consider helping this band member today. Your consideration is appreciated by both our band members as well as our booster organization. Those who can help with a minimum donation of $30 will provide funds to this student's personal account which will help them in numerous ways including our spring trip, private lessons, as well as other required materials necessary to participate in the band program.

Upon donation, the Donor/Business should receive the top/informational section of this letter and the student should keep the bottom section of this official plaque sales letter.
